1. Acceptance of Terms
By contacting SuperFixer or booking any of our home maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SuperFixer provides home repair, maintenance, and installation services in Lahore, including but not limited to AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repair. Service availability is subject to technician availability and location.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Bookings can be made via phone or WhatsApp.
- A visit fee of PKR 500 applies to every confirmed appointment.
- Same-day service is subject to availability.
- You may reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us at least 2 hours in advance.
4. Pricing & Payment
Service charges are communicated transparently before work begins. The PKR 500 visit fee is non-refundable once the technician arrives on-site. Final charges may vary based on parts required and the scope of repair.
5. Warranty
SuperFixer offers a 15-day check warranty on all completed repairs. This warranty covers the specific fault repaired and does not extend to new or unrelated issues. Warranty claims must be raised within 15 days of service completion.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the issue and your location.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the area requiring service.
- Be present or designate a responsible adult during the visit.
7. Limitation of Liability
SuperFixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided in the relevant transaction.
8. Changes to Terms
SuperFixer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
